Roller shutters with manual belt, cord or cord drive. An easy-to-use belt inertial drive is installed on roller shutters with a leaf weight of up to 15 kg. The roller shutter canvas rises and falls due to the tension of the tape. The cord drive is installed on roller shutters with a leaf weight of up to 20 kg. It is controlled by rotating the handle of the cord stacker. The cord drive lifts roller shutters with a web weight of up to 40 kg through the use of a durable steel cable. The operating principle is similar to a cord drive.
Roller shutters with manual crank drive. The crank drive allows you to lift roller shutters with a web weight of up to 30 kg. When the knob is rotated clockwise, the blade rises, and counterclockwise, it lowers.
Roller shutters with spring-inertial mechanism. The spring-inertia mechanism is used for roller shutters with a leaf weight of up to 60 kg. Roller shutters are easily lifted manually and quickly lowered under their own weight due to the fact that the weight of the roller shutter is balanced by a torsion spring mounted on the shaft.

Properly installed and operated roller shutters guarantee reliable and durable operation. To extend the life of your roller shutters, follow these instructions.
1. Installation of roller shutters and roller shutters must be carried out by qualified specialists who have been trained by the DoorHan concern.
2. Installation of the product must be carried out strictly in accordance with the installation instructions for roller shutters and technical documentation of the DoorHan concern.
3. Roller shutters should open smoothly without jerking or jolting.
4. To raise and lower structures, use only controls designed for this purpose.
5. Do not use more than 100 N force to open the roller shutters.
6. Partial raising or lowering of the roller shutter leaf is not recommended, especially for large structures (size more than 3,000 × 2,000 mm).
7. If a mechanical lock or latch is used in the design, lifting the blade when the lock is closed is prohibited.
8. When using a cardan drive, the knob should be held at an angle of 45° when rotating. According to EN 12453 or 12604, a manual force of 390 N is permissible. In the case of large roller shutters, the emergency manual drive (hinge, cardan) is only suitable for closing.
9. When using an automatic drive, follow the instructions supplied with the drive.
10. Keep children away from roller shutter control devices (buttons, remote controls).
11. Make sure that people and animals are not within the range of the roller shutters while they are opening or closing.
12. It is strictly prohibited to stand under the structure while it is in operation, as this can lead to injury.
13. Do not subject the roller shutters to impacts or interfere with their free opening and closing.
14. Make sure that while moving the roller shutter leaf there are no foreign objects in the opening, as this may lead to damage to the structure.
15. It is prohibited to install additional equipment or accessories, as well as to independently replace or adjust individual parts, without consultation with the manufacturer (consultation is considered to be a request that contains a clear description of the problem that has arisen, which can be documented).
16. In winter, in case of icing of parts of the roller shutter or roller shutter structure, before raising and lowering the canvas, it is first necessary to tap the structure along the contour until the parts of the structure are completely free of ice, paying special attention to the condition of the junction of the bottom strip of the product with the window sill or floor, they also must be cleaned.
17. It is necessary to carry out regular maintenance of roller shutters, at least once a year.
18. If roller shutters are used for purposes other than their intended purpose or structures whose dimensions exceed those recommended by the manufacturer, the manufacturer is not responsible for their integrity and proper operation.

Measurement parameters for built-in installation:
H — opening height (min), mm;
B — opening width (min), mm. To take measurements, you must use a tape measure, building level or electronic measuring instruments. It is recommended to measure each parameter at a minimum of three points. When measuring the opening for structures mounted in a built-in way, you should take into account the unevenness of the walls and adjust the measurements downward by 5-10 mm
The buyer is provided with a performance guarantee for roller shutter systems produced by the DoorHan concern for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase of this product. In case of damage to the paintwork as a result of the influence of climatic factors, natural phenomena, the release of fine solid particles or other aggressive substances, corrosion from scratches and chips that occur during operation, the warranty for the paintwork becomes invalid.
