The blade on the shaft assembly consists of a shaft with capsules with a diameter of 102, 159, 273 mm, cutting a solid or perforated steel, galvanized profile with a height of 117 mm and a thickness of 0.9 mm. The canvas can be painted in any of the colors available for selection.

The end profile consists of an extruded aluminum profile RA120E with a wall thickness of 2.5 mm and a bottom seal UP4 or UP6 (for installing optosensors).

The set of guide profiles consists of two steel guides with a seal. The wall thickness of the guide profile is 2.5 mm. The guide profiles can be painted in any of the available colors.

Consoles can be of two sizes: 425 or 650 mm. Steel, galvanized.

The bulk electric drive is supplied with a set of brackets and hardware for mounting the drive and support with bearing.

Properly installed and operated roller shutters guarantee reliable and durable operation. To extend the life of your rolling gates, follow these instructions:

1. Installation of the product must be carried out strictly in accordance with the installation instructions for rolling gates and technical documentation of the DoorHan company.

2. Rolling gates should open smoothly without jerking or jolting.

3. To raise and lower structures, use only controls designed for this purpose.

4. Partial raising or lowering of the rolling shutter leaf is not recommended, especially for large structures.

5. If a mechanical lock is used in the design, lifting the blade when the lock is closed is prohibited.

6. When using an automatic drive, follow the instructions supplied with the drive.

7. Keep children away from roller shutter control devices (buttons, remote controls).

8. Make sure that people and animals are not within the range of the roller shutter when it is opening or closing.

9. It is strictly prohibited to be under the structure during its operation, because this may cause injury.

10. Do not subject the rolling gate to impacts or interfere with its free opening and closing.

11. Make sure that there are no foreign objects in the opening while moving the roller shutter leaf, as this may lead to damage to the structure.

12. It is prohibited to install additional equipment or accessories, as well as to independently replace or adjust individual parts, without consultation with the manufacturer (consultation is considered to be a request that contains a clear description of the problem that has arisen, which can be documented).

13. In winter, in case of icing of parts of the roller gate structure, before raising and lowering the door leaf, it is necessary to first tap the door leaf along the contour until it is completely free of ice and foreign objects, paying special attention to the condition of the junction of the bottom strip of the product with the floor (they are also must be cleaned).

14. If roller shutters are used for purposes other than their intended purpose, the manufacturer is not responsible for their integrity and proper operation.

15. Diagnostics and repair of rolling gate structures or roller gates should be carried out only by qualified specialists.

16. It is necessary to carry out regular maintenance of roller shutters, at least once a year.

Checking Dimensional Details

Overlay installation. For surface-mounted installation, labor-intensive preparation of the opening is not required, only the required dimensions of the walls (from 500 mm) and the lintel (from 650 mm). With the overhead type of installation of rolling gates, a shaft with a roller blade and consoles with a shaft electric drive are installed above the opening, and guide profiles are installed on both sides of it. The closed roller gate completely covers the opening and is almost flush with the surface of the walls.

Measuring parameters for surface mounting:
H — opening height (max), mm;
B — opening width (max), mm;
h — lintel height (min), mm; b1 and b2 — right and left lateral distances (min), mm.
To take measurements, you must use a tape measure and a building level, or electronic measuring instruments. It is recommended to measure each parameter at a minimum of three points.
Prepared openings must meet the following requirements: openings must be rectangular in shape; the surface of the opening planes must be flat and smooth, without sagging plaster and cracks; the wall must be monolithic, without voids (concrete, metal, solid brick); if the brick is hollow, it is recommended to edge the opening with a metal corner; the internal and external planes of the walls at the junction of structures must be smooth, without protrusions and depressions; deviations of working surfaces from vertical and horizontal should not exceed 1.5 mm per meter, but not more than 5 mm, the difference in diagonals should not exceed 5 mm.
