Industrial sectional doors ISD ThermalPro China

Sectional doors ISD ThermalPro China are installed in rooms equipped with refrigeration or freezing units. They allow you to seal a room, isolate spaces with large temperature differences, allow you to maintain a given temperature regime, and reduce heat loss. They are used in food industry production enterprises, warehouse complexes and sales organizations. The variety of lifting types makes it possible to ensure the closure of the cooling circuit at openings of various configurations.
Application:
  • Warehouse complexes with low-temperature chambers
  • Food industry enterprises, premises with refrigeration and freezing units
Advantages
High thermal insulation rates: 80 mm thick panel, no cold bridge, profiles with thermal break, reliable sealing of the canvas around the entire perimeter.
The door heating system along the entire circuit prevents the door leaf from freezing to the opening when operating in low-temperature conditions.
Cable break and spring break protection systems prevent the blade from falling in emergency situations.
The variety of types of gate lifts allows you to install them in rooms with any geometry of the internal space.

The heating system for the opening contour is a power frame made of an aluminum profile, inside of which a heating PEN wire is placed, which avoids freezing of the door leaf to the opening. In addition, a heating cable is also run along the lower edge of the door leaf. This creates a closed heating circuit around the entire perimeter of the opening.

2. Make sure that people and animals are not in the area of the gate while it is operating.

4. Do not subject the gate to impacts or interfere with its free movement when opening and closing.

5. Do not expose the guides and rollers to contamination, as this can lead to disruption of smooth operation, and if there is an electric drive, to its overload and failure.

6. Make sure that there are no foreign objects or debris in the opening while the blade is moving. Their presence can lead to skewing and jamming of the door leaf.

It is recommended to store sandwich panels in their original packaging on a flat surface. It is recommended to store packages with sandwich panels for no more than 6 months from the date of production in closed warehouses or under a canopy. The panels must be protected from moisture and, in winter, from snow and dirt. It is necessary to protect them from exposure to direct sunlight, precipitation and dust. Packages must be stored horizontally.

  1. To take the necessary indicators, a tape measure and a building level are enough. All measurements are taken indoors. Each value must be measured at least at three points:
  2. H — opening height (distance from the floor to the top of the opening);
  3. B — opening width (distance from the left edge to the right edge of the opening);
  4. h — lintel (distance from the top of the opening to the ceiling) from 150 mm;
  5. b1/ b2 — left/right side distance (distance from the corresponding edge of the opening to the obstacle) from 120 mm, with the option of a heated circuit from 150 mm.
  6. L is the depth of the room.
  7. When measuring H and B, the largest value is taken as the final size.
  8. When measuring h, b1, b2 and L, the smallest value is taken.
  9. The difference in floor level across the entire width of the opening should not exceed 10 mm. It is necessary to ensure that the mounting plane (walls and ceiling) is maintained. The base for installing the guide system must be monolithic and durable; if this is not available, additional edging or the formation of an opening with metal products is required.

The buyer is provided with a 1 year warranty on the gate.

The heating system for the opening contour (optional) is a power frame made of an aluminum profile, inside of which a heating PEN wire is placed, which avoids freezing of the door leaf to the opening. In addition, a heating cable is also run along the lower edge of the door leaf. This creates a closed heating circuit around the entire perimeter of the opening.

Surface mounting: the guide system is mounted on the walls and lintel from the inside of the opening. Walls — from 120 mm, with the option of a heated circuit — from 150 mm.
Checking Dimensional Details
  1. To take the necessary indicators, a tape measure and a building level are enough. All measurements are taken indoors. Each value must be measured at least at three points:
  2. H — opening height (distance from the floor to the top of the opening);
  3. B — opening width (distance from the left edge to the right edge of the opening);
  4. h — lintel (distance from the top of the opening to the ceiling) from 150 mm;
  5. b1/ b2 — left/right side distance (distance from the corresponding edge of the opening to the obstacle) from 120 mm, with the option of a heated circuit from 150 mm.
