Industrial sectional doors made of steel sandwich panels with torsion mechanism ISD THERMALPRO

Sectional doors ISD THERMALPRO are installed in rooms equipped with refrigeration or freezing units. By hermetically insulating spaces with large temperature differences, they make it possible to maintain the microclimate created in the room and reduce heat loss. Such gates are used in production enterprises of the food industry, in warehouse complexes and sales organizations. The variety of lifting types makes it possible to ensure the closure of the cooling circuit at openings of various configurations.
Application:
  • Cold-storage warehouses
  • Food manufacturing facilities with cooling and freezing equipment
Advantages
The best thermal insulation coefficient on the market — an 80 mm thick panel, no cold bridge, profiles with a thermal break, reliable sealing of the canvas around the entire perimeter.
The door heating system along the entire circuit prevents the door leaf from freezing to the opening when operating in low-temperature conditions.
Cable break and spring break protection systems prevent the blade from falling in emergency situations.
The variety of types of gate lifts allows you to install them in rooms with any geometry of the internal space.

Door leaf should smoothly slide vertically along the tracks, and be properly balanced, i. e. counterbalancing mechanism should compensate leaf weight.

For opening the door in manual operation use only the door handle.

Do not lift too much force when opening/closing the door. Prevent any sharp movements of the door.

Don’t strike the door leaf or obstruct its movement.

Keep tracks and rollers clean, as dirt may prevent the door from smooth movement and cause overloading and damage of the door opener (if used).

Keep the door opening clear of any objects and litter as it may unbalance and jam the door leaf.

  1. All the necessary measurements are taken inside the premises with just a measuring tape and a water level. Every dimension should be taken at least in three points:
  2. H — opening height (distance from floor to opening top);
  3. B — opening width (distance between left and right side of the opening);
  4. h — headroom (distance between opening top and ceiling) 150 mm;
  5. b1/ b2 — left/right side room (distance between a corresponding opening edge and obstacle) 120 mm minimum; with heating cable — 150 mm minimum;
  6. L — backroom.
  7. When measuring Н and В the largest figure is taken for final dimension.
  8. When measuring h, b1, b2 and L the smallest figure is taken for final dimension.
  9. Difference of floor level along the opening should not exceed 10 mm. Make sure that mounting surface of headroom and side rooms is level. The inside perimeter of the door opening should be framed with metal or other solid material in case the surface is not not concrete or solid enough to install tracks system.

DoorHan warrants to the original purchaser of the product that the sandwich panels and steel profiles of the track system will be free from corrosion for a period of ten years.

Door leaf weight, kg/m² 17 depends on type and size of door panels
Supply voltage, V 220 V, 50 Hz (perimeter heating system)
Thermal resistance, m² · °С/W 2,3 — without perimeter heating system;
3,3 — with perimeter heating system
Operating temperature range, °С ISD TermalPro with perimeter heating system — low-temperature chambers (up to -30 °С)
Operating temperature range, °С ISD TermalPro — medium-temperature chambers (up to -5 °С)
Operating Conditions

Checking Dimensional Details
  1. All the necessary measurements are taken inside the premises with just a measuring tape and a water level. Every dimension should be taken at least in three points:
  2. H — opening height (distance from floor to opening top);
  3. B — opening width (distance between left and right side of the opening);
  4. h — headroom (distance between opening top and ceiling) 150 mm;
  5. b1/ b2 — left/right side room (distance between a corresponding opening edge and obstacle) 120 mm minimum; with heating cable — 150 mm minimum;
Warranty

DoorHan warrants to the original purchaser of the product that the sandwich panels and steel profiles of the track system will be free from corrosion for a period of ten years.
