Low lift (extension springs)
Symbol, parameter name | Calculation formula |
---|---|
H, mm Opening height | H |
h, mm Headroom height | h ≥ 100; (h ≥ 130 if door operator is used) |
B, mm Opening width | B |
A, mm Angle track height | H + 54 |
A1, mm Vertical track height | А - 552 |
E, mm Horizontal track length | Н + 440 |
S, mm Minimum side room clearance | 100 |
P, mm Door opener position | Н + 1 185 |
n, mm Clear opening | 230 (without door operator); 40-60 (with door operator) |
Parameter | Value | Notes |
---|---|---|
Thermal resistance, m² · °С/W | 1,13 (А) | depends on door size, listed for 3 500 × 3 000 mm door |
Noise insulation, dB | 24 (А) | |
Wind load, Pa | 460 (В) | |
Number of cycles | 25 000 | |
Force of manual opening and closing, N | 150 | |
Water resistance at pressure change, Pa | 250 | |
Air permeability, m³/m²*h | 4,9 | |
Door leaf weight, kg/m² | 11,6 | depends on type and size of door panels |
Door leaf should smoothly slide vertically along the tracks, and be properly balanced, i. e. extension springs should compensate leaf weight.
For opening the door in manual operation use only the door handle.
Do not lift too much force when opening/closing the door. Prevent any sharp movements of the door.
Keep people and animals clear of opening while door is operated.
Never stay or cross an opening under a moving door leaf as it may cause serious injury or death.
Don’t strike the door leaf or obstruct its movement.
Keep tracks and rollers clean, as dirt may prevent the door from smooth movement and cause overloading and damage of the door opener (if used).
Keep the door opening clear of any objects and litter as it may unbalance and jam the door leaf.
Packing in cardboard | Packaging features |

Description | the door leaf and the tracks system are packed in a fibre board and polystyrene combination wrapped in a stretch film. Hardware is packed in a box wrapped in a stretch film. All packages are labeled with stickers containing order information and DoorHan logo |
Contents | corrugated fiberboard, polystyrene, stretch-film, adhesive tape |
Width, mm | from 500 to 800 |
Height, mm | from 300 to 500 |
Length, mm | from 2 100 to 3 600 |
Gross weight, kg | up to 100 |
Number of items in the packaging | leaf package — from 3 to 5 panels; tracks package — 1 track system; hardware — 1 box |
Sandwich panels should be stored in producer’s packaging on a flat horizontal surface in warehouses or under a canopy for a period not exceeding 6 months from the production date. Provide proper protection from water, snow, dirt, and direct sunlight.
DoorHan warrants to the original purchaser of the product that the sandwich panels and steel profiles of the track system will be free from corrosion for a period of ten years.
