The door leaf is made of galvanized steel without welded joints.

High-strength 60mm thick sandwich panel and cold-rolled galvanized steel frame provide high corrosion resistance.

Hollow-free filling with non-combustible high-density mineral wool board 130 kg/m³ ensures strength and reliability of the door leaf.

Doors can be made with opening to the right or left side, with the possibility of installing various additional equipment ( door closer, anti-panic handle, ventilation grille).

A removable steel threshold creates additional noise and smoke insulation, providing a tight rebate at the bottom of the door. In case of special requirements for premises and buildings of a certain functional purpose (for people with limited mobility), it can be dismantled.

Weather-resistant powder coating in gray (RAL 7035) with a pebble texture. It is possible to paint in any color according to the RAL card upon individual request.

The door can be operated in an industrial facilities, in areas with a temperate and cold climate, in closed heated and ventilated rooms at an ambient temperature of -25 to +40 ° C with a relative humidity of up to 80%.

In case of operation of the door from the side of the street, installation should be carried out in a cold vestibule to prevent possible formation of condensate on the surface and, as a result, deformation of finishing materials.

To avoid fading of the cover of the door block, installation should be carried out using a protective visor in order to prevent sunlight and precipitation from reaching the surface of the door block.

It is not allowed to close the door leaf with extended lock bolts or bolts. This can lead to failure of the lock mechanisms and deformation of the crossbars.

It is not allowed to get foreign objects into the openings of the door frame, as well as between the frame and the door leaf. It is recommended to cover the door with protective materials during the period of repair and construction work.

It is forbidden to install additional equipment or accessories, as well as to independently replace or adjust individual parts without consulting the manufacturer.

The maintenance of decorative panels is carried out in accordance with the requirements for the care of furniture and wooden products. Do not use cleaning agents, aggressive liquids, solvents or abrasives.

If the door systems are used for other purposes, the manufacturer is not responsible for their integrity and correct operation.

It is recommended to lubricate the hinge assembly with a thin layer of grease every 6 months.

The most popular way to install the door is on the wall. Door frame performs two functions: it covers the mounting gap and performs a decorative function.

The door frame of internal opening is installed where there are requirements for evacuation or it is necessary to open the door into the room.

The door frame for mortise mounting allows you to install the door both with opening to the inside and outside of the room. It also makes it possible to install a door on an object without a wall.

In the case of a non-standard size of the door block, the light opening is calculated by the formula:
B2 _ × H 2 = ( B 1 - 112) × ( H- _ 90) - when opening the door by 180°;
B2 _ × H 2 = ( B 1 - 200) × ( H- _ 90) - when opening the door by 90°.
PREPARATION OF THE OPENING
Take off the old door and make sure the opening is ready for installation of the new door. If the opening is not ready (there are fixing rods, anchor bolts, surface roughness, wooden bars from old door, etc.), then they must be removed. Also, the opening may require additional processing: expansion or narrowing with the help of additional tools (grinder, level) or materials (brick, foam block, metal profile, etc.).
The prepared opening should have a rectangular shape. The wall thickness must be at least 150 mm. The walls should be even and smooth, without sagging plaster and cracks. The deviation of the working surfaces from the vertical and horizontal should not exceed 1.5 mm per meter, but not more than 5 mm. Diagonal difference is not more than 5 mm. The opening must have sufficient strength and not contain voids.
