Sliding door for refrigerated rooms IDS series

Medium-temperature and low-temperature sliding doors are designed for organizing entrance groups of refrigeration and freezer compartments of warehouses, terminals, logistics centers, food industry and trade enterprises with high traffic of mechanized loading equipment. The energy efficiency of the design is achieved through the use of modern materials for filling the canvas. Tightness is ensured by the use of frost-resistant EPDM sealant. The reliability of the design is confirmed by a number of cyclic tests, as well as many years of operating experience.
Application:
  • Food production
  • Coffee shops, bars, restaurants
  • Food retail enterprises
Advantages
Heating the lower edge of the canvas eliminates concrete work, reducing installation time.
Full maintainability and the ability to replace any damaged element of the door block.
The exclusive cold bridge breaking system of the door leaf does not reduce the strength characteristics and ensures reliable operation of the door in a wide temperature range.
The powder-coated aluminum frame is designed to withstand harsh environments.
The automatic door closing feature minimizes heat loss.

  1. All measurements are taken indoors. Each value must be measured at least at three different points to avoid inaccuracies.
  2. H is the height of the opening (distance from the floor to the top of the opening).
  3. B — opening width (distance from the left edge to the right edge of the opening).
  4. h1 — lintel (distance from the top of the opening to the obstacle).
  5. b1/b2 — left/right lateral distance (distance from the corresponding edge of the opening to the obstacle).
  6. When measuring H and B (height and width of the opening), the largest value is taken as the final size; when measuring h1, b1, b2, the smallest. The discrepancy between the wall levels can be no more than 3 mm, the discrepancy between the diagonals of the opening — no more than 5 mm.
