Sliding gates are installed in industrial premises where it is necessary to close large openings (up to 9,000 mm wide, up to 6,000 mm high): in warehouses and garage complexes, vehicle depots, car showrooms, etc.

Application:

1. Install industrial sliding doors following DoorHan operation and installation instructions and technical data sheets.

2. Sliding doors should open smoothly without jolts or jamming.

3. For opening the door in manual operation use only the door handle.

4. Do not apply too much force when opening/closing the door. Prevent any sharp movements of the door.

5. To prevent an accident keep the door opening clear of people and animals while operating the sliding doors.

6. Keep the door opening clear of any objects while operating the door.

7. Keep clean the moving parts of the door to prevent their jamming.

8. Never touch the moving parts (rollers, panels, etc.) when operating the door.

9. Carry out sliding door maintenance at least once a year.

10. Do not obstruct door curtain movement as it may cause serious injury or door damage.

Additional Information print

All the DoorHan products are loaded with hydraulic crane or fork-lift truck with 2 m long forks. Customer or installer is recommended to use similar equipment. Truck fork should go under the wooden pallet, provided by the customer, and protrude from its other side. When lifting with crane or other lifting equipment use slings of corresponding lifting capacity.

Checking Dimensional Details

If the door opening parameters allow it the sliding door should be installed onto the internal face of the wall. In this case the track and electric drive are fully protected and not accessible to unauthorised persons.

Installation to the external face of the wall is recommended when the internal space is limited or it is impossible to install the door onto the internal face of the wall.

All the necessary measurements are taken inside the premises. Every dimension should be taken at least in three points.
H — opening height (distance from floor to opening top).
B — opening width (distance between left and right side of the opening).
h — headroom (distance between opening top and ceiling, should be at least 150 mm).
b1/b2 — left/right sideroom (distance between a corresponding opening edge and obstacle).
When measuring Н and В the largest figure is taken for final dimension. When measuring h, b1, b2 and L the smallest figure is taken for final dimension.

Warranty print

DoorHan warrants the sliding doors without bottom track to operate properly for a period of 1 year from purchase date for retail orders and for a period of 2 years from purchase date for dealer orders.
